7PM – SIGN RIDE

Meet up in the dedicated scooter parking area behind The Plaza. This is where the scooters will be parked all weekend long. We will take a quick ride down the strip stopping at the Southern Vegas sign and then loop around for food and drinks at the Paradise Cantina.

8PM – MEX MIX AT PARADISE CANTINA

Group will ride over to Paradise Cantina where they will have some great Mexican food and drink specials for us.  Whether you just want a pitcher Margaritas or full meal, the Cantina can fill your needs with many things on the menu.  They have both indoor and outdoor seating.  A great place to relax before heading back downtown. (Located at 4480 Paradise Rd.)

9:30PM-2AM – TRIPLE Bs ULTRALOUNGE

Ride back to the Backstage Bar & Billiards (Triple Bs) to hang out in this new ultra music lounge that will offer secure scooter parking for us.  This is a great place for an evening of stiff drinks,  smooth music, and optional billiards.  Our DJ’s will be spinning mod, Brit pop, garage, and more.   Walking distance to the Plaza Casino (Located at 601 Fremont St.)

Friday March 1st, 2013

11AM –  MOUNTAIN SPRINGS MERMAID RIDE

We will take a leisurely ride into the hills and go past the scenic red rocks.  As we separate the fast scoots from the slow going up a giant hill, we will stop for a drink at Mountain Springs Saloon (located at 10950 U.S. 160) and let the slow pokes catch up to the group.  Warm up by the fire, regroup and then ride to the south side of the strip.  On our way back we will swing by Silverton Casino and see the Mermaids swimming in the 100,000+ gallon fish tank. You can go to any aquarium or fish store to tap on the glass, but here you get to take special pleasure in annoying hot mermaids while they do their aquatic acrobatics.  Additionally, the Mermaid Lounge will be opening early for us with its great menu. There are several other things at the Casino to do, including a giant Bass Pro Shop – ask for tips on catching mermaids. From here head back straight up the strip to the Plaza for the rally registration.

4PM-6PM – REGISTRATION AND RALLY PACKS/BRACELETS

Come outside to Plaza Parking Lot to pick up your rally packs and swag. Listen to some tunes, peruse numerous vendors, and talk with old friends. $30 Rally packs. BRACELETS WILL NOT BE SOLD SATURDAY NIGHT, SO GET THEM NOW!!!

EVENING – FIRST FRIDAY

The Downtown Vegas commerce association puts on a street fair of arts and music.  Blocking off East Fremont: artist, food trucks and musicians take over to sell their wares and perform.  If nothing else it is worth walking through to see the spectacle that ensues.  For more information – www.FirstFridayLasVegas.com.

9PM-5AM – BUNK HOUSE SKA/SOUL BBQ

After working your way through the First Friday chaos, dive into The Bunk House.  A more casual place for meeting up with people you have not seen for a while.  They will have both indoor and outdoor areas and a BBQ going all night long.  This will be an evening of excellent DJs and we have as our special guests to perform their brand of Traditional Skinhead Reggae – The Champions from the Bay Area. The Bunk House is located on 11th, ½ block off Fremont. BRACELETS REQUIRED, SO GET THEM BEFOREHAND OR PAY AT DOOR.  RALLY BAGS CAN BE PICKED UP, BUT WE MUST BE NOTIFIED IN ADVANCE.  WE WILL RUN SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE FROM 1AM-5AM BACK TO THE PLAZA EVERY 30 MINUTES SO PEOPLE GET BACK WARM AND SAFE.

9PM-5AM – THE ALLNIGHTER

One last year at Plaza’s Rat Pack Copa Room. A hard room to pass up because of its style, tiered levels and booths overlooking the dance floor/stage - this room is old school! The evening’s entertainment will be solid mod, as our old friends ALL MOD CONS from Boston will be cover the best of THE JAM.  As a group they have not joined us in Vegas since 2005 and they have been sorely missed.  In addition, DJs with weekly/monthly nights from US/UK will bring their regional sounds to the dance floor all night long. YOU MUST HAVE RALLY PACK WRIST BAND – THEY WILL NOT SOLD AT THE DOOR. The Copa Room is located in the Plaza Casino.

ALL DRINK PURCHASES IN SHOW ROOM INCLUDE A SUNDAY RAFFLE TICKET.

Sunday March 3rd, 2013

12 NOON-3PM – 10 MINUTES ACROSS THE BOARDER

This short ride will teleport you across the boarder to the most bizarre swap meet in the southwest!  North of Vegas is the Broad Acres Marketplace in which it feels like you have taken to trip to another country.  You can buy anything and everything for cheap, even the strangest is affordable.  So cheap, that Heat Seized is offering a prize for the best $10 ‘wanker’ costume.  Spend less than $10 and ride back to Art Factory to get your picture taken and judged on the most ridiculous attire.  Bonus points if you get your picture taken at the swap meet with a monkey - yes there is often a real monkey there! (Broad Acres is located at 2930 N Las Vegas Blvd. and cost $2 to get in)

3PM – LUNCH AND SCOOTER SHENANIGANS

Scoot or walk down straight down Main Street to the Art Factory Bar (Located at corner of main and 107 East Charleston Blvd).  Art Factory will have a roasted pig and vegan paella for us to eat and drink specials: $3 PBR, $4 Newcastle and $5 Guinness.  The rally will finish up with annual scooter games, awards, and big raffle.  We promise to get the raffle done earlier this year for the Cali people (no bluegrass either).

RAFFLE ITEMS/PACKS WILL BE LISTED (HERE)

9PM – SOUL SURVIVORS

If Vegas hasn't done you in yet, Triple Bs has a Sunday Soul Night. Head down Fremont for some more Soul as local DJs spin a broader range of Soul all night long.
